We command you that of the goods and chattels of Almon Bathrick in your you make the sum of twenty four dollars and thirty seven and ½ cents, costs in the Municipal court of said on the 10. 11. 13 and 16 days of October 1843, wherein Charles Drown was on trial on ,— which Habeus Corpus originated in a suit command on complaint of said Bathrick before Leonard E. Harrington. Justice of the peace for , and hereof make due returns to me within seventy days from this date.
