militates against the principle that all men should be born free, but is it possible that all should be born equal. Perhaps to change the expression a little we might convey a safer idea, that the world could not pick it. He wanted instruction on the subject.
On motion council adjourned till 2 o clock.
2 o clock P.M. Council met pursuant to adjournment Prest. J. Smith in the chair.
The council was opened by prayer by Uncle , after which Er sung the verses by as published in to days neighbor.
