with good security for the like amount, and also. who is required to give bail in the sum of seven hundred and fifty dollars, with good security for the like amount.
Where upon , , , Sidney Tanner , , & severally entered into recognizance as required.—
The other defendants being unable to give sufficient bail, are committed to the jail in there being no sufficient jail in .
Judge Fifth Circuit &c.
As Judge of the Fifth judicial circuit in the State of and Sitting as a court of enquiry in the aforesaid charges of the State of against the above named defendants, for the several offences of treason against the state, Murder, burglary, Arson, Robbery and Larceny. I certify that the several witnesses herein before examined before me, were Severally sworn before me according to law, and their examination taken by me in the presence [p. [126]]
