To The Citty Council of
Whereas we the undersigned Citizens of said have & are constantly subjected to many inconveneances for the want of opening certain Streets, laid out in said (viz) Green Cutler Cutter Streets, & We the the undersigned most humbly prey East East your most Noble Body to grant the undersigned Petitioners, the privledge of opening said Streets, so as to inable the Cittizens residing contiguous too said Streets to get out into the main traviled road without going a great way around & subjecting Themselves to many difficulties which can not be avoided if said Prayr is not granted
