There is sold to Lyman Stoddard the following discribed Lot— piece or parcel of land Situated in the plot of laying on Main Street that runs N & S— through — North of the house built by Murray Seaman— East of the residence of Widow Jane Judd— West of block 52 in — and would be lot No 2 in block 53 conditioned that it had have been regularly plotted in Said — the Same is sold to Lyman Stoddard at $600— Terms— the first payment to be 2 Years from date— Second 4 years— third 6 years— fourth 8 years— fifth & last 10 years from date with 6 pr ¢ annual interest— bought about 1st Nov 1839—
