Personally appeared before me Leonard E Harrington, a justice of the peace of Said — Christian Upperman who being duly Sworn, doth depose and Say that the affidavit made before of the city of , Hancock County in April last is verily true— and deponent further Saith that the instruments of writing to which he Subscribed his name on the Second day of october Inst, were without due consideration and were Signed through bodily fear and compulsion
