[This i]s to Certify that I have this day sold to Joseph Smith [illegible] Hundred acres of land, it being the East part of [illegible] farm on which I now reside, for the sum of fifteen Hundred dollars payable as follows one span of Horses & wagon on demand One Hundred & twenty dollars cash the remainder in three annual payments at six per cent
