An Ordinance Concerning fines
<​Section 1.​> Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of That all fines which may lawfully accrue hereafter from the violation of <​the first section of​> an ordinance entitled an ordinance concerning Spirituous Liquors & other purposes. shall be awarded, one half to the benefit of the complainant & the remaining half of the fine to be paid to the corporation of the City of . All ordinances to the contrary notwithstanding.
<​Sect. 2 This ordinance to be in force from and after its passage​>
