We command you that of the Goods and Chattels of Josiah Simpson in your , you make the sum of four dollars and thirty Cents Cost, which said lately recovered before the Municipal Court of said , in a certain Plea, against the said Josiah Simpson, and hereof make return to said Court within seventy days from this date.
