You will please take notice that on Saturday the 25th day of Nov. inst. the depositions of & of Ill. will be taken between the hours of 9 A. M. & 6 P. M. of said day before Esq. a Justice of the Peace in & for the said County of , or before some other Justice of the Peace at the office of said in the city of in said Co. of , to be read in evidence on the trial of this cause on the part of the said plff; when & where you can attend & cross examine said witnesses if you think proper
