An ordinance for the health & convenience of travellers and other purposes.—
Be it ordaind by the City Council of the city of , that the Mayor of the be & is hereby authorizd to sell <or give> spirits, of any guintiy [quantity], he in his wisdom shall judge to be for the health comfort or convenie[n]ce of such travellers <or other persons> as shall as shall visit his house, from time to time,—
