Positivily, I take it this court has no Jurisdiction— no disrespect to court.— party not held by united states Laws. but of . subject to the Jurisdiction of our own Government.— if they had a right— it would be only to try the papers. our own Statutes cover the ground. & no other courts have authority. the Lawyers agree with me. [p. 56]
