paid Joseph Smith twenty seven hundred dollars, for Lands and City lots, for which lands and City Lots sd. Warranty deeds, Twelve Hundred and fifty dollars of said money was eastern funds. Said Joseph Smith agrees to pay , all the premium that he sd. Smith can get for the same, & if he can not get any premium is not to pay sd. any thing.
I Joseph Smith certify that the above is correct—

owes Joseph Smith 1100 Dollars (Eleven hundred Dollars) which is to be paid in April 1st 1842
owes Dr Seven hundred & twenty Five Dollars which is to be paid as follows April 1st 1842 362.50/100 Dolls—
April 1st 1843— Three hundred & sixty Two & 25/— Doll which completes this sum——
