Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of <​of​> , that from and after the passage of this ordinance all Deeds & conveyances of real estate in within the Corporation of said , shall be recorded in the Recorders office <​for the Registry of Deed​> for the City of within six months from the date of said conveyance. otherwise Sec 2. Said conveyances shall be null and void [p. [1]]
