An ordinance to regulate proceeds by & under Writs of in the Municipal Court.
Sec. 1. Be it, & it is hereby Ordained by the City Council of the City of , that the Municipal Court of said City be, and Said Court hereby are, Authorized & empowered to issue Writs of Attachment against all & every Person or Persons who may Commit a Contempt of said Court, by disobedience to any Writ or Order of said Court, and to fine to such amount or imprison for such length of time, or both fine & imprisonment, as to them in their discretion may seem proper.
Sec 2. This Ordinance to take effect & be in force from & after its passage.
