Resolved, By the City Council of the City of , That Aldermen and , and , be a committee appointed to view the best grounds to open a street, or streets, near the Lot, to run from where a street was opened to, until it would extend to the eastern limits of the corporation, being a continuous route, and that they report at the next meeting.
