Personally appeared Before me Joseph Smith Mayor in and for the City of — who being Duly Sworn according to Law Deposeth and Saith that on or about the 3d Day of Dec. A.D. 1842 that Indecent Language and Behavior was used toward and Concerning the Said contrary to the ordinance of Said in Such Cases made and Provided and the Said Says that one is Guilty of the fact charged and further this Deponent Saith not— Sworn to and Subscribed before me this Sixth Day of Dec.
