Beloved Brethren. With feelings of fraternal kindness & affection we address you by the hand of our confidential and worthy Br ; whom we commend to you as a shepard that shall comfort you with the knowledge and privilidges of the Holy Priesthood. From long experience [in] the kingdom of God & a careful observation of the many devious paths that have led dear brethren from the comfortable and safe fold of Christ into error & darkness we are prepared to sympathise with you & proffer those blessings that make rich and add no sorrow. We are perfectly aware that you intend to be the constant & faithful friends of the Latter Day Saints, For [p. [364]]
