who executed the same and acknowledged the same to be their own free act and deed for the uses and purposes theren mentioned and expressed. And the sd Rosanah Marks being made acquainted with the contents of said conveyance and examined by me separate and apart from her acknowledged that she— relinquished her Dower to the premises herein conveyed freely voluntarily and without compulsion of her .
