Whereupon the Court ordered the motion to be Sustained and that procedendo issue to the lower Court
Procedendo issued to the clerk of the Mayor’s Court.— June 1 3, 1844 with Bill of Partcules [Particulars] on the back of the writ. $5.75 for collection
