Same day,— Warrant issued against Defts returnable forthwith.
Same day,— Subpoena issued for the following named Persons to <​appear​> as Witnesses, returnable forthwith, to wit <​Jackson Higbee, Gideon Gibbs, Supply Morey, D. C. Higby, & .​>
Same day.— Edwin Cutler & Joseph Hamilton were brought before the Mayor, & the Trial was postponed until 6 oClock P. M. on Saturday the 17th. inst., that the Warrant might be executed upon , also to have Subpoena served on the Witness, <​Jackson Higbee.​>

Decr. 17th 1842.— Warrant returned, endorsed “I have executed the within by bringing Edwin Cutler, , & Joseph Hamilton forthwith before you, high Constable, fees 94 cts. Decr. 17th. 1842.
