July 5th. 1842. the City Marshal, and , brought the said Henry Rhodes before the Mayor of the , for a breach of an Ordinance of the , by disorderly Conduct and abusive Language, generally, on the Evening of the fourth day of July Instant, upon a public City Lot near to Warners Tavern in the City of .— Defendant pleaded Guilty to the Charges, and he was discharged by the Court, upon his undertaking to compensate the and City Watch for their trouble.
