This cause came on to be heard upon a demurrer to the declaration of the pl[ainti]ff. & was argeud [argued] by co[u]nsel, on consideration whereof it is adjudged that the said demurrer be overruled with costs, on motion of the deft. leave is given him to amend, on payment of the costs— and this cause is continued until the next term— [p. 223]
