We command you that of the goods and chattels of A. J. Higbee. in your you make the sum of fifeteen fifteen dollars and three and one <​three​> fourth cents, costs in the municipal court of said . on the 13th of April 1844 wherein A[ndrew] Colton was on trial on Habeus Corpus. praying to be released from custody wherein he was held by virtue of a mittimus issued by Justice of the peace,— the original complainant being the said A. J. Higbee.— and make due returns, to me, hereof, within seventy days from date
