<​Friday 29 December​> My made copy of Affidavits made yesterday by & Mr. and sent some to the that he may be posted in the doings of the Mob— with the following letter—
Sir (Copy letter) the premises—
30 December 1843 • Saturday
<​30​> At 9 a m held Mayors Court 2 boys Roswell & Evander White were brought up for stealing 6 hens & a Rooster: they were sentenced to pay for the fowls & to ten days hard labor each on the Streets—
in p m met in the assembly room with & were not present—
Warm & rain
31 December 1843 • Sunday

in afternoon called with to see his
at early candle light went to prayer meeting administered after which I retired
at midnight about 50 musicians & singers sung New years hymn under my window—
Warm & rainy no ice to be seen— [6 lines blank]
