1. PM in Municipal Cou[r]t. came up on Habus he had ben arrested by .— [James] McCance for pocurig [procuring] mony at under false pretenc[e]s.— & his Lawyer— asked for continu[an]ce for witneses— continu[e]d till ne[x]t week thurdy [Thursday].
