Before me, a justice of the peace within and for said , personally came and Sarah Foster the above named grantors and acknowledged the signing and sealing of the above Deed to be their voluntary act for the use and purposes therein expressed. And the said Sarah Foster being examined by me separate and apart from her said , and the contents of the said Deed being fully made known to her upon such separate examination declared, that she did voluntarily sign, seal and acknowledge the same, and that she is still satisfied therewith. In Testimony Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal, this fourteenth day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty three. J. P. seal Recorded August 28th. 1843.

This Indenture made, and entered into, This eleventh day of July in the year of our Lord, one thousand eight hundred and forty three between and his wife, of the county of and State of of the one part, and Nathan Wixom of the county of and aforesaid, of the other part, Witnesseth, that the said and his wife, for and in consideration of the sum of one Thousand dollars, to them in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey, and confirm unto the said Nathan Wixom his heirs and assigns forever, all that tract or parcel of land, situate and being in the county of in the State of viz: Lot. No. one in Block number one hundred and one, in the city of . Reserving the present crop, which is now on the ground. Together with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining.
