The people of the State of to the Keeper of the Jail of the said , Greeting:
Whereas George Brown late of said , has been arrested, on the Oath of Chas Seidel for Larceny, and has been examined before me, , one of the Justices of the Peace, in and for said , on such charge and required to give Bail in the sum of Two Hundred Dollars for his appearance before the Circuit Court of said , on the first day of the next term thereof, which requisition he has failed to comply with: Therefore in the name of the People of the State of , I command you to receive the said George Brown into your Custody, in the Jail of the aforesaid; there to remain until he be discharged by due course of law.
Given under my Hand and Seal this 19th. day of November, A.D. 1842.
