An Ordinance to amend an Ordinance concerning the Public Revenue passed October 31st. 1842.
Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of That an ordinance concerning the Public Revenue of the City of passed October 31. 1842 be so amended as to read as follows commencing in the seventh line of the first section of said Ordinance, namely, “except such lands, tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances personal and real as may be owned” &c.
