To the Honorable the City council of the city of .
Gentlemen, the petition of the undersigned, citisens, represents, that your petitioners believe that the opening of Bluff Street from Mulholland Street to Munson Street would be for the interests of the inhabitants residing in the vicinity of said street and for the convenience of the citizens generally, we therefore pray your honorable body to order said street opened as aforesaid, and your petitioners as in duty bound, will ever pray &c
