you are hereby Commanded to Summon to appear before me at my in said at Ten oClock A. M. on Monday the fifth day of September Instant, to answer the Complaint of Joseph Harwood for a failure to pay him a certain demand not exceeding One hundred Dollars; and thereof make due return as the law directs.
