THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF ,
To the of said , Greeting:
You are hereby commanded to SUMMON William Niswanger if to be found in your , personally to be and appear before our Judge of our Circuit Court, for said county of on the first day of the next term thereof, to be holden at the Court House, in the town of on the third Monday in the month of October in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty-three to answer to an appeal obtained by & Hamilton Jett —— from a judgment rendered against said & Hamilton Jett, in favor of the said William Niswanger, before , Esq., a Justice of the Peace of said , on the Nineteenth day of Sept, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty-three for the sum of Seventy two dollars and Ten cents, and Eight dollars and 18 cents, cost of suit. And have you then and there this writ, and make return of the manner in which you execute the same.
