SUMMONS IN Covenant.

The People of the State of , To the Sheriff of said , greeting:
We Command you to Summon —— if to be found in your , to appear before the Circuit Court of said County of , on the Second day of the next term thereof, to be holden at the Court House, in , on the fourth Monday in the month of April A D 1840 to answer the demand of Nicholas Singley upon a certain Petition by said Singly filed in said Court a copy whereof is hereto annexed. By which Petition the said Singly claims of the said the sum of one hundred & fifty dollars together with damages for the detention thereof And have you then there this writ, and make return thereon in what manner you execute the same.
