Br [Ira] Clothier says his lot that was by me Booked to him in block 188 and Lot 4 is Sold— He enquires after Block 106— I have Not, I believe— sold nor engaged any in that block— had previous to my charge bought Lot No 4 in 106— The other 3 are I think vacant— and are very conspicuous & valuable lots— I am at present too feeble to form an estimate of their value— But say they will bear a round price & call for good pay—
Br Clothirs case should be considered— his former Lot was prised at $575
Terms never agreed on particularly April 15[th] 1840
