Greeting Where as complaint has been made before me an Alderman of said by Joseph Smith against Thomas J Hunter of said for a breach of an Ordinace of said entitled An ordinance concerning Vagrants and disorderly persons by makeing statements that Joseph— Smith was an imposter and a swindler and that the whole mormon concern was a swindle mashine which had attendancy to inger [injure] my reputation which is contrary to said ordinance You are therefore commanded to take the boddy of said Thomas J Hunter and fetch him before the Municipal cort forth with and there of make due returns according to Law
