THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF ,
TO THE OF SAID , Greeting,
We command you to attach & if to be found in your , and them safely keep so that you have him <​their​> bodies before the Circuit Court of said [blank] to answer for a contempt of said court for having failed to attend as witnesses in the case of , vs Joseph Smith & when lawfully summoned and called for that purpose. And have you then and there this writ, and make return thereon in what manner you execute the same.
