We command you that of the Goods and Chattels of in your , you make the Sum of Twenty five Dollars Debt, and twenty three Dollars and eighty one & one fourth Cents Costs, which the City of lately recovered before the Municipal Court of said , in a certain plea, against the said , and hereof make return to said Court within seventy days from this date.— Given under my hand, and Seal of said Court, this 8th. day of December 1842.— By Order of the Court.
