Joseph Smith was called to the chair and appointed secretary.
The revelations respecting the building of the being read
It was Moved and seconded and carried unanimously, that be president of the of the .
It was moved and seconded and carried unanimously, that be Clerk for of the said Quorum.

Resolved.
That no one have access to the Books of the association but the stock holders
Resolved That the stockholders <may> appoint a committee to examine the Books &c and make a report <of the same> to the stockholders once a quarter.
