The would Respectfully petition the City Council that the Commissioner be instructed to open the Road <street> immediately that part of Wells Street which lies <is> North of Knight Street as far <North> as Young Street and also that part of Young Street West of Knight Street and to the next corner by Mr Herrinshaws [Hugh Herringshaw’s]
