To the honorable Citty Council of the Citty of we the undersigned petitioners humbly soliceit your honorable body to order the Street named Ann St opened from water Street to the corporation line on the South by so doing you will greatly benefit your petitionsers who have recently been shut back from the main traveled Street by a fence built by william Casper.
