You are hereby commanded to Summon [blank] Seeley — Joseph— McCaul [Joseph A. McCall] & <​Jas A​> Easton to be and appear before Joseph Smith <​Alderman & Justice of the peace in & for said ,—​> at his in said on Tuesday the Sixth Inst at 10 Oclock A M To testify the truth in <​a​> certain cause then and there to be tried Wherein the <​State of &—​> City of is Defendant <​plaintiff​> and is Defendant— and have you then and there this present with your owings— hereof fail not—
