THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF , To the of said , Greeting:
You are hereby commanded to SUMMON — if to be found in your , personally to be and appear before our Judge of our Circuit Court, for said county of on the 3rd. day of the next term thereof, to be holden at the Court House, in the town of on the 1st. Monday in the month of May— in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty-Two to answer to an appeal obtained by — [blank] from a judgment rendered against said —— in favor of the said —— before Mayor of Esq., a Justice of the Peace of said , on the Sixteenth day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty-one for the sum of fi— dollars and [blank] cents, and fifteen— dollars and 37½— cents, cost of suit. And have you then and there this writ, and make return of the manner in which you execute the same.
