you are hereby Commanded to notify the Members of the Municipal Court of whom is now one, that an Appeal has been lodged by the in this Cause, to said Court, and that the Trial thereof is fixed to take place at the Mayors Office, at 9 oClock A. M. on thursday next, also notify the Parties, forthwith, of the time and place of said Trial, likewise, give due notice to the Mayor, or at his office, that no proceedings be had in the meantime, upon the which issued in this Cause, and that the Judgment and proceedings had in this Cause be Certified to this Court, and make due return of this Writ, and the service thereof.
