Whereas complaint has been made before me Joseph Smith mayor of the city of , by William C. Walker against . for at the house of said on the 1st day of Dec 1842.— also for violating the ordinances of said ,—. Therefore, in the name of the People of the State of , & of the citizens of .——
Greeting, We command the <​or any constable​> of the City of that the body of be had before before me, Joseph Smith mayor. at my in said on friday the 2d day of Decr. inst. at Twelve oclock noon to answer to said complaints.— hereof fail not & bring this writ with you & your doings thereon.—
